Intended Use
- Edge and face repairs

- Blending additional components to existing Hills installations
Vinyl-Wrapped Doors – Important Guidance
Suitable for localised repairs and colour blending only.
- Apply light coats only
- Best suited to edges, corners and small face repairs
- Vinyl texture and sheen may vary by production batch and age

Painted / Lacquered Doors – Application Guidance
Suitable for:
- Localised repairs
- Full panel refinishing
- Colour-matching additional components
Painted surfaces allow greater control of colour depth and sheen uniformity.
Recommended Application
- Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly
- Lightly key if required
- Shake aerosol well before use
- Apply light, even coats
- Allow flash-off between coats
- Test in an inconspicuous area first
Drying Times (Approximate)
- Touch dry: 15–20 minutes
- Recoat: 10–15 minutes
- Handle with care: 1–2 hours
- Fully cured: 24 hours
Coverage Guidance
One aerosol is typically sufficient for multiple small repairs or a single panel, depending on application technique and colour depth.
Theoretical coverage: up to 1m² (2 coats).
