Cancellations / Returns Policy
This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt form the Distance Selling Regulations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel.
Any items which have been personalised or modified to your specification, such as custom mixed paint (which we cannot re-sell).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non custom made paint products can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund . All items must be in their original packaging and unused
How Does The Returns/Refund Policy Work?
Should you have a paint colour issue please do get in contact with us by emailing support@kitchentouchup.co.uk. Kitchen Touch Up kits come with a colour match guarantee (providing correct colour information has been selected with the order). If the colour is not correct we will remake the paint so as to check for mixing inaccuracy or we can offer you a full refund.
When Do My Revocation Rights Begin?
The period of revocation/cancellation begins following the receipt of the last item of your order and lasts for a period of 28 days.
How Much Are The Return Costs?
Customers are to return items to us at their own cost.
How Do I Get My Money Back?
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a refund. This usually takes up to 7 business days to complete. In the case of a refund to a credit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to complete. Kitchen Touch Up offers the following refund options:
- In the case of credit card payments, your credit card account will be credited.
- In the case of payments via PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited.
A refund through other means of payment is not possible, unless your credit card has expired. In this case, we need your bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) to refund the amount into your bank account. This cancellation/returns policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
