from 38 reviewsI cannot praise this company enough - the best service I have had in a long time. I needed some touch up paint but unfortunately John Lewis who fitted the kitchen are no longer able to supply it. They did provide me with this company's details but the paint I needed was not on their website. I contacted them and they asked me to send a sample from an old dried up pot I had. Within a couple of days, they emailed me to say they had matched the paint and it was now on their website to order. The paint arrived very quickly and the match was perfect, they even contacted me to check all was OK. The paint came with a very fine brush and needle for intricate application plus 5 micro brushes and has a shelf life of 3 years. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
Perfect colour match!
Great
Great touch up paint can’t see where chip was
Great colour match, is not noticeable. Is as easy to use as car touch up paint. Definitely recommend this product
I ordered the wrong colour in error and luckily noticed this on the invoice before applying it. I contacted Richard Coupe to ask for a replacement or a refund and I would be willing to pay any postage costs as it was my mistake. His response was that these things happen and he would send me a replacement. I asked where to send the wrong one back to and he told me there was no need to send it back. I haven’t received the replacement yet but assuming it comes as he said the customer service cannot be faulted. I can’t speak for the product cos I haven’t used it yet.
Recently had a new integrated fridge/freezer installed and the guys fitting it chipped the kitchen doors each side. Spoke to Symphony to obtain quote for new doors but unfortunately the furniture is discontinued. I then thought about touch up paint and was surprised to find the exact match from kitchen touch up paint. I thought i would try it and after application it is fantastic. You cannot see the repair unless you look closely. So happy with it. Hopefully it has a long shelf life if any other incidents occur in the future
match is spot on but was a bit pricy
We were recommended to use Kitchen Touch Paint by the interior designer who designed and supplied our kitchen 4 years ago. Sadly Mereway kitchens have recently gone into liquidation leaving us with no way of getting touch up paint to cover up those little knocks and bangs that chip the paint off. I am delighted to say that Richard Coupe of Kitchen Touch Up was BRILLIANT! He didnMt have the two colours we needed on his portfolio but after sending him a sample of the cupboards and the old paint pots he identified the RAL colour code and made us touch up oens which are very easy to use and the paint is meant to last 3 years. Richard is a delight to deal with - responsive, communicative, polite, reasonable and reliable. No one else e.g Johnson’s was terribly helpful and wanted you to buy at least a litre of any colour they made up for you b it they said they couldn’t or didn't want to help. So Richard’s service is truly a godsend. Thank you Richard - you have a niche service here and we wish you every continued success with it. We will be recommending you to everyone we know. Many thanks
Have put 3 very thin coats on a very noticeable small chip in a drawer front. Kitchen only just over a year old.
The touch up paint initially looked slightly lighter than our cashmere but now it has fully dried it is blending in really well.
Excellent! Product Touch pen matched the colour perfectly.
Quick efficient delivery
The product has been perfect for fixing the chips in my Wren units. It’s easy to apply and is a good finish. Delivery was quick.
There was a problem with the paint I received. A replacement was sent as soon as I reported the issue.
This was perfect for touching up my cupboard doors where they'd been knocked. You can't even see where I've used it.
